Help! I've Got an Alarm Bell Going off in My Head! How Panic, Anxiety and Stress Affect Your Body by Aspden, K. L.

Publication: . 48 pages : Illustrations ;

This book is very easy to read and understand. I think it would work well for carers to have a quick read for ideas and understanding of what's in the book, and then read together or share the ideas with children. Older children would be able to read this alone and try some of the ideas out for themselves. This would probably be a good book for classrooms too, as it's quick and easy to understand.
