This is fantastic resource. This really is a very practical guide which suggests ways to empower people who find communication and decision making difficult. It uses real-life examples, with video clips and downloadable resources, with practical ideas to increase involvement in the decision making and consultation process.
Some of the examples in this guide show an incredible perseverance by all involved! The outcomes show how really respectful relationships can happen, and demonstrate how real appreciations of the different ways that people communicate occur. It guides us to understand how to use the preferences a person has to support choice and consultation.
The DVD is to be used on a computer rather than a DVD player. The instructions are in the manual.
