An excellent overview of functional assessment that uses an effective blend of simply explained psychological strategies with real-life family stories to demonstrate key points. I would consider recommending to families/ carers, school staff and as a refresher for behaviour support workers and specialists - Janine MoranExcellent to hear families' concepts of what is happening. Outline of functional assessment lucid, thorough and thoughtful. Excellent DVD easy to understand. - Pippa Clegg
