Especially will train staff to deal with dysphagia (swallowing difficulties). The DVD (produced by the South Australian Department of Health) is a review of safe food handling, in 2 versions (Version 1: Food business version, Version 2: Charity and community group version). Licence to cook : resources CD (CD-ROM) consists of PDF copies of the participant's outlines and PowerPoint presentations to be used with trainees.
