Maria Ramey has put together a music activity resource that bursts with activities. Each page of the main part offers a new activity with goals explained, materials required listed, a description of the activity and accompanying notes. Totalling one hundred activities this is unusual in that it is directed at adults rather than children.
Throughout the book different musical instruments are recommended, but if the leader is not able to play an instrument then a recorded resource could be used instead.
The appendix lists all of the activities in terms of the desired goals and achievements, which makes for an easy way to select several complementary activities.
