A survey to evaluate satisfaction amongst the elderly and disabled regarding the pedestrianised town centre of Kingston upon Thames. Pedestrianisation has clearly benefited the majority of users, but access to public and commercial buildings still presents a problem for the mobility impaired and their needs regarding toilet facilities and seating are not fully met.
