This is an interesting and honest book. It's pretty explicit in places, but there's not really any way around that! It isn't easy to read though so you have to be motivated to plough through it - it's quite an academic text. It's also very focused at the high-functioning end of the spectrum so only some of it is relevant to our work situation.
