Great pro-active ideas. We used this book as the basis of a whanau presentation. Also used food charts provided by Sports Foundation - little bags of sugar and fart attched to different foods. Everyone was really interested and now support [the] mother to change eating patterns

Great book for all parents who have a child with Down Syndrome. Lots of great nutritional advice and information. Would be great if the author updated in the near future.

Very practical ideas and concise information

A lot of information in this book which will likely be more useful specifically to me once my son is older. The area's specific to infants /toddlers were good (I have a 2yr old son who has ongoing eating and nutrition problems) and offered some good suggestions for establishing a healthy relationship with food. It didn't answer all my questions but still a good resource.

Specific food advice a bit generic for my requirements
