This was really easy to read and although some of the comments initially seemed a bit narrow on what constitutes someone being on the spectrum, on the whole I found it really useful and interesting. The help for a formal diagnosis is based on the US health system, but other than that, I really liked this book and much of it resonated with me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to know more about whether or not, as an adult, they or someone they know is on the spectrum.
