Covers a range of sleep disorders- good helpful information and strategies.

Chapters 1-6 Excellent advice on sleep hygiene and good general information about sleep problems. I enjoyed its scientific approach, however feel fro the "unscience-minded", may be a difficult read (lots of elaborate language and jargon). I personally needed more info on circadian-rhythm method sleep disorder but this wasn't covered in detail.
