But life can be a lot easier when we learn new skills and ideas to help us handle the stress in our lives." - PUBLISHERS WEBSITE
This book is intended for children who have some type of inborn sensitivity, aged 8 to 13, which in turn tends to make them prone to stress and anxiety.
The author stresses the importance of these children developing skills to help them manage their own stress as independently as possible. This workbook is meant to be read, completed and used as much as possible by children although some assistance may be called for in understanding and completing the chapters. Adult involvement will depend on such factors as the child’s age, level of conceptual understanding and motivation.

My son has Asperger syndrome and he's started to use the techniques described in the book in order to relax in stressful situations - and it is working! A very good book suitable for his age (10 years).
