Great book. Simple, clear visuals. Particularly like the shopping list that goes with it. Soe useful our Food Tech teacher is thinking of buying copies.

A great book, fabulous easy-to-use format. Shopping cards very useful. although book published outside of NZ, a number of the shopping items are recognisable brands.
