Special boy's business was an awesome book for our 12 year old son who has autism as we just left it on his table so he could read it when he wanted and we also had a DVD, Billy Grows Up and he has watched that so many times I have lost count. He has got his own basket with all his boy stuff in it that is needed for this time in his life. Wonderful tools to read and watch if you are parent(s) and going through this journey with a boy with special needs.

Picture book good with less language/ more visual which was better for my son on the autism spectrum to understand. Thankyou. :-)

This is a fantastic clear book; a bit old for us as we are just starting but a great book

his was what I needed to use when talking to a group of boys with special needs about what is appropriate in public. Very good visual aid - clear and concise and right on point. Good pictures.

Pitched perfectly for the young man I am working with (12 years). Uses sensitive, appropriate language paired with simple visuals to convey core elements of private behaviour and places. Highly recommended.

Just fabulous when I first read it to Jack (12), He almost breathed a sigh of relief as if phew this is what it is and its OK. And we noticed changes in his behaviour.

I will be buying my own copy and the 'special girls business' which I'm sure is just as good.

Very awesome book. Great illustratons that keep topic serious but with touch of humour. Very easy to read and for child to follow along. Really like the handy tips for school/parents @ the back of the book.

My son (11 nearly 12) used this book. Very simple text and fun illustrations that are clear. It did the job, he now jumps in the shower more frequently :-)

Special boys business was great, just at the right level.

Very easy to follow. good tool to start taking your son through puberty. Not over the top or too much info to over-load an autistic mind. Helpful in getting the topic going.

Thanks, is very well positioned for the 10-11 year olds range, without going too far into the sex talk. Kept to the body changes of puberty
