Wendy's team has also developed a hard copy collection of blank templates that, in its simplest use, permits photocopying a student booklet and pasting in prints of photos taken of the student -- instantly creating a workbook for the student focused on a specific difficulty..." - Wendy Frush website This book "The Works" includes both "The Process" and "The Templates".

Aimed a little higher (older) than what I am looking for but I could see that later this book will be very useful in a very practical sense
