Having different people tell their story was good. The limitations were it wasn't multi-cultural and they were all adults.

The DVD/CD set is directed at the mid-late teen and early 20yrs age group. I felt that by the time those with Autism get to this age they will in all likelihood have a much earlier diagnosis the the group depicted so felt the CD is of limited use. The DVD I would not recommend but some of the exercises on the CD may be of some use particularly the ones on disclosure.
