An excellent book for children to introduce anger management.

Great book, nicely worded. I had a few students who directly identified with this which was great!

My 4 year old son enjoyed this book, but being a literal person, found the concept too abstract tp grasp. He was confused because his anatomy book didnt mention a red beast and worried it would interfere with his digestive and respiratory functions. It was helpful for acknowledging that everyone gets angry.

talked about this book with colleagues who know of and find it useful. I did wonder if some children might freak out at the idea of having a 'beast' inside them, but apparently not. Will consider buying for the team library.

Thanks again. I have now bought my own copy and recommended it all over the Wairarapa schools.

My son, who is nearly six and has Aspergers Syndrome, really liked this book. Also had some great tips for calming down tools like bubble wrap. Definitely recommend it.

Great book for reading to class with ASD student in. ASD student was out at the time. Read the book to him too but he saw no relevance - pronounced it boring!!

I'm thrilled with this book. Didn't want to send it back!

Also found it useful to explain to my autistic child why mum ad dad and other people get angry at them - how our red beast wakes up too!

The whole book is a strategy. Easy to read and understand.
